You’re allowed to have feelings….

You’re allowed to have feelings, you’re allowed to be angry as long as the way you vent doesn’t affect other people. Find an outlet, scream at the top of a mountain, swim a mile, bench press 500lbs, work on cars, bikes, or do whatever it is that makes you feel whole without affecting other people’s lives. Sometimes what works for me is posting relatable shit that other people understand and feel. My outlet is building internet stuff, your outlet may be nature, photography, the gym, idk, don’t spend your time being angry for your past or anyone else’s.
